I've always had a fascination for running ~ but never a healthy relationship with it. I endeavor to run for fun, and to run because I love it. Same with racing. I want to wake up each day and feel the pure desire to run, to lace up and explore a new trail or log serious mileage on an old one. I want to feel the full potential of my legs and my heart to carry me far, through ease and pain. And to not associate it with weight loss, competition, obligation or guilt. I want to be free to run, and run far.
